Not a good company to work at - Associate Software Engineer Mphasis Employee Review

I've joined as a fresher in this company These are my issues for the past 2.5 , *For the project I've been in, I've worked so hard ignoring my sleep, food and everything. I've earned a good rating. Yet there were no appraisals. *You don't even get the variable pay. *You won't even get promotions as they promised. (For example, while joining we were promised a level promotion if we get good rating in the appraisal cycle, my rating was 5 , yet there was no promotion) *They pay you very less compared to the market standards. *Overall I suggest don't join here. You'll regret coming here.
