      Nothing good except work life balance

      Cons

      - No increment, No promotion and on top of that zero variable for continuous 5-6 quarter and for remaining quarter almost 50% variable pay - No good project to work - Struggling to find new project from client and pathetic people manager without any technical knowledge except good at speaking english
