This is the worst company I have ever worked for. Very toxic environment. Several people, including myself, have health issue due to the unrealistic expectations they have. I have been with the company for 3 years with no cost of living raise. Even when you move from one department to another the is no raise, not even .50 cents. I was told that the move was a lateral move. I assure you it was not. The amount of stress and anxiety associated with Mphasis led to 7 co-workers quitting within my first 8 months here. Co-workers and myself discuss how physically ill this company makes us feel, a handful of co-workers were hospitalized due to this. There is no work life balance. Mphasis expects you to work yourself to death for them, yet they do nothing to show appreciation. July 4th of 2024 I and several other worked on our day off meet a deadline that week. In the meeting following the deadline ( which we hit) the Assistant Vice President never said "Thank you for working on your day off!" or " We appreciate you for coming in!" Instead we were told " Try harder" "challenge yourself to work harder". When people started quitting and we became short staffed, they were unwilling to hire more people. After 3 months of being short staffed they hired a few " entry level" candidate. All of which knew very little about the business and all of which were being paid more than the experienced staff that had to train them. They do not promote within even though I/We have several more years of experience. When I asked about a raise to at least make the same as the new hires I was training, I was told " If you want more money, work OT!" The entire company is a joke! I will not waste my personal time, mental and physical health for a company that does not value me. Nor will I go above and beyond for a company that will not go above an beyond for me. I will work my wage! Respect is earned a I they surely to not respect their workers. Do NOT work here! TOXIC!!
