      Pros

      I didn't experience any good things there so idk what are the pros.

      Cons

      It's not good for freshers because I waited for almost 1 and half year to get joining letter after joining they gave training for 3months and after training we undergone few tests but they didn't gave results and without providing proper explanation they removed whole batch and training was also not given properly so I don't think it's good for freshers
