1.Been a part of mphasis for the past 1.5 years and my knowledge growth as an individual is just infinite. 2.Mphasis being a service based company has lots of opportunities for development apart from their own project. 3.Oppurtunities to indulge in activities and new Ventures apart from usual work and to voice out our opinion. 4.Different methods of appreciation and awards for deserving employees. 5.Lots of team engagement activities and initiatives.
Cons
1.Salary can be increased and hikes are also less. 2 .Better training can be provided for freshers during training period.
