      Pros

      Good work life balance and flexible Because Mphasis was under EDS and HP for long time the work culture is good. Good work environment and good to learn technologies You get flexible timing and work from home options (based on the project you work). Managers are good and supportive and helped me a lot in growing in my respective domain.

      Cons

      Less Salary and not satisfied with appraisals. No Salary hike (Inspite of this they have introduced Quarterly pay by performance concept)
