Less work pressure, good work environment.
Cons
No hike from last 3 years, management doesn’t care about employees leaving. Management always nods their head for what ever client says. Bad for freshers gives u training for 3 months and keeps u on waiting for 9 months to allocate a project and once u complete 2 years you should get billable and they have worst rules where they can’t bill an employee unless they complete 1 year in their current project.
