      Pros

      Hi i have worked for around 4 years for one client and i believe it has good work life balance especially all the time i was working from Home may be due to this i saved time commuting to office. flexible working hours and there is no micro management some where i see it in some reviews it is false.

      Cons

      Only Recourse mapping to projects when moved to bench is challenge. There the mapping will not happen properly may be due to the volume not sure.
