No Work Life balance - Module Lead Mphasis Employee Review

too much work pressure, no work life balance. Need to work for 14 to 15 hours per day, any clarifications needs to be discussed with onsite co-ordinator from US timing in late night (after 1 am midnight as per IST), scrum meeting will starts from morning 8 am itself and work load will goes till midnight 1 am. Try to forget about if you have family before joining and by the by if you have girlfriend break up will happen for sure after joining here. All positive reviews are Fake reviews done by company.
