Of course, eligibility for bonuses is contingent on following those same processes and the requirements are transparent. We’ve purchased 15 new vehicles in the last two years which comprise 60% of our fleet. COVID put a crimp in team social events as it has elsewhere but that’s loosening up and our branch managers have hosted skeet, golf, and food events recently.
