Cons

This is the worst employer I ever had. Owners were a couple who screamed at each other all day long. They then screamed at the staff, regardless if it was your first day or not. Was told I would be trained for 1 week, and after that I could not ask for assistance. Owner showed me how to log in, said she would be right back and left me to figure everything out on my own, and yelled at me for incorrectly answering a phone and inputting information wrong. She hired 4 people for 1 position and constantly told me all others would be fired in 2 weeks because I was the one they wanted. When head office called to update all computers, I asked how to log into additional computers and was told the others could update their own, but the next day she yelled at everyone for not having updated computers. I quit after the second day. There were no benefits, no pension. Location was in a hard to reach place. Being constantly yelled at for things out of my control was not worth it. Pay was ok at the time, but told there were no raises. Would not recommend this company, and actively tell others who need electrical work in my city to not use this company. Spoke with an employee from another city and apparently it was even worse there. Maybe if you are an electrician it is ok.
