Not enough work - Electrician Mr. Electric Employee Review

It seems in the last year they have over hired causing a shortage of work , a lot of time is spent on standby. Causing a shortage hours worked and much lower pay checks. I am looking for another job. This job no longer pays my bills . My family along with many other co workers families are suffering.
