      Pros

      Home office is a great place to work for the top on down. A very close group of colleges that enjoy work together and with all of our owners throughout the US and Canada.

      Cons

      Part of a larger organization. Sometime they give you the feeling that you are the step compnay in their family of businesses.

      Pros

      Amazing work life balance. Working by yourself, perfect for the divergent people. Company van with gas paid for starting day 1 that you get to take home daily. Penny (owner) is amazing and the best boss.

      Cons

      Small company so health insurance is very pricy (125.00 per paycheck).

      Pros

      Boss fights to have solid employees, no poisonous attitudes, great pay and benefits, office staff is supportive and very good at what they do.

      Cons

      The only major one is that this is a “road life” job. It’s not for everyone, but it’s what I’ve done for nearly two decades so I am used to it.
