      Pros

      Good schedule. Monday - Friday 7am -3pm and no weekends. The office is always open and they are growing.

      Cons

      They are not adaptable. They do not move forward with the times and are stuck in the early 2000's. COVID precautions were a joke. You always work holidays without additional compensation and good luck requesting time off.

      Poor management Checks always off short you on hr Take deductible out with no answers why when u ask After 6 months they look for reason to fire you Owner think he can talk to employees how every he wants watched him scream and staff and cuse at them and put them on unpaid leave Can't do any work in a 50mile range bc they have been ban from multiple twon and city's What you to do illegal work bc you get the fine not them
