      They have doors that lock They keep the office clean No sexual harassment

      Cons

      Just about everything else. Low pay insane hours. If you cover for a sick worker little to no appreciation. You have to beg for your very small raises. You can go above and beyond and it's still not good enough. Young kids running around office when you are trying to talk to customers. You are encouraged to be less then honest with customers as well. If you don't like to stretch the truth maybe not the place for you.

      Poor management Checks always off short you on hr Take deductible out with no answers why when u ask After 6 months they look for reason to fire you Owner think he can talk to employees how every he wants watched him scream and staff and cuse at them and put them on unpaid leave Can't do any work in a 50mile range bc they have been ban from multiple twon and city's What you to do illegal work bc you get the fine not them
