Owner and management that take care of their employees. -There is always great incentives and ways to earn extra cash. -business is constantly growing here... So many great opportunities.

      This is a emergency service, so you could be working late hours.... But hey you are given your own truck with gas paid for by the company and this just gives you more opportunities to make cash. Let's be honest that's why we are all looking for a job in the first place.

      Poor management Checks always off short you on hr Take deductible out with no answers why when u ask After 6 months they look for reason to fire you Owner think he can talk to employees how every he wants watched him scream and staff and cuse at them and put them on unpaid leave Can't do any work in a 50mile range bc they have been ban from multiple twon and city's What you to do illegal work bc you get the fine not them
