      No dress code, nights have no manger on site

      Cons

      "Permanent" schedule constantly changes with no warning, pay varies on the week and is less than promised, it is disorganized with constantly changing rules and expectations with no notice. There's also no room for growth or raises

      Poor management Checks always off short you on hr Take deductible out with no answers why when u ask After 6 months they look for reason to fire you Owner think he can talk to employees how every he wants watched him scream and staff and cuse at them and put them on unpaid leave Can't do any work in a 50mile range bc they have been ban from multiple twon and city's What you to do illegal work bc you get the fine not them
