Receptionist - Anonymous employee Mt. Baker Imaging Employee Review

Relatively small group, very supportive of midlevel team.

Fast paced - can be a plus or minus depending on your personality.

I really cant think of a pro here.

Hours not met, part time given, hired for full time. Spoken to in an unprofessional condescending manner constantly. For a company that is supposed to be client/customer oriented, they really don't care about their employees wellbeing/health or happiness and it showed from day 1 on the job. I've never encountered another job like this, from the very first day in the few months I was there, employees were talking about how awful it was and were leaving left and right. The turnover rate is so high, it's alarming.
