Pros
CTO and founders supported by a talented team of engineers have made a viable and proven product in a market area that was extremely tough to enter into. I'm honestly very impressed what Mujin has achieved. I have been with the company for over 4 years when we were just 50 people and now we are close to 300. There have been challenges and growing pains along the way but in the end I believe what Mujin has achieved is pretty amazing over its time especially kicking off in Tokyo which is a challenging area for startups to grow is nothing short of impressive. When I think about other tech giants who's only revenue models come from advertising, consumption, data mining we have a unique a high tech company who are addressing more practical real world problems such as manual labor. This for me is what makes Mujin stand out. Unlike other high tech companies in today's climate who are drastically scaling back, Mujin is growing and actively recruiting. Other notable pros are for our Tokyo (HQ) office are: - We have a very internationally diverse team and English is the primary language for engineers. - Lunch is provided every day. - There is a a Gym - Corporate housing support (They will assist to find you accommodation and the rent is automatically deducted from salary pre tax which has a good cost saving overall). - Monthly team dinners
Cons
If you are looking for work from home Mujin is not for you.
