- Competitive Salary - You work with great people - Amazing work life balance - Benefits and RRSP matching - You have access to the tools needed to be successful
Cons
- Information overload - A lot of times it feels like you're just ticking boxes off - Super technical product, and can be a huge struggle for none technical CSMs - Mandatory 3 days office days, even though you're the only one on your team. It makes no sense especially if you're just coming to the office to then get on remote calls, something you can do at home.
