9yIt's unfortunate you had a poor experience in your time here, and I wish I'd had more insight into your concerns. We do focus a lot of resources on training and development, which is why most of our team are actually close to or over quota. However, as we are growing fast and training new Account Executives on a relatively complex solution and outcome-based approach, we sometimes make mistakes or miss the mark. Onboarding is certainly something we see as a critical component to our sales professional's success, and we are constantly iterating on our process to improve that experience. Thank you for the reminder to look more closely at that aspect of our organization.
