MuleSoft Response
8yIt means a lot that from your time at MuleSoft, you remember the exceptional people at the company. However, I’m sorry to hear about some of the issues you spoke of while you were on the team.
As a fast growing company that is rapidly growing our headcount, we need employee programs and processes that are not only scalable, but also maintain the agile, startup culture we’ve worked so hard to build. This isn’t easy to do, and we’ve certainly made mistakes along the way, but they were never due to a lack of concern for employee programs. Regarding your comment about women in leadership, we actively seek to create a diverse workplace where everyone is equally supported to do their best work. We have many women in leadership roles across the company, but we work to be better everyday. We have signed the Equal Pay Pledge and conduct regular audits to ensure parity in pay and opportunity across the organization. In our latest review, we found that women at MuleSoft are promoted at a slightly higher rate than men, and that compensation among levels and tenure is roughly equal.
