Market is hot and the company is positioned to leverage big shifts like SaaS, social, mobile etc Increasing focus on larger deals and what it takes to drive this type of strategic account. Very good opportunity to make money as quotas are still realistic and comp plans have good upside Good people overall and pretty open to input even though the company is growing rapidly. Feels like everyone is pulling for a big outcome and not a lot of politics
Cons
I've referred in a couple of people from my network and only one was hired -- hiring bar may need to be looked at as company grows High expectations. Be ready for what it takes in a fast growth tech company
