Pros
Hard to find much. The healthcare field in general has great intrinsic value, but it's robbed eventually here. Some great people there to work with, but why they stay is unfathomable. Stockholm syndrome I guess. Many end up leaving eventually anyway.
Cons
Led by narcissism and managed by fear and shame. Espouse great values but don't actually live them. Talk a big game of trust and psychological safety, but don't actually embody it or reward it. Only care about expansion, not at all about their employees or quality of care. The only way to survive is to blindly agree and follow.
