Over a decade of work with this company. Many learning environments and friends made along the way. It was a very good run.
Cons
New manager given full reign to decimate a long term successful career. Shocking and saddening that they did not see the value of what they had. Nurses are expensive to find in this environment. I know my worth. Other employers are seeing it to as I try and find the next right step for my career. Just shocking that MHS has such little regard for their staff.
