Great place to learn(If you're strong willed) with a bad senior management persona - Software Engineer MulticoreWare Employee Review

Pros

They are going to throw you into projects and assign tasks that most companies will not give to interns and freshers solo. This is a double-edged sword which I'll explain in the cons. You will have amazing co-workers and seniors to learn from.

Cons

I have seen people lose confidence in themselves when starting out in such an environment where they are working under these impossible deadlines. People are being treated purely as resources and not as humans by the senior management. Work-life balance was always hard but impossible right now due to the work-from-home situation. Pay is not good enough for the kind of workload you are given.

Hello! Thanks for your review. I understand your experience with us was not as positive as it could have been. I do believe employee feedback is important and hence I encourage employees to avail of all communication channels available within the company to express themselves well enough. I wish you the very best in your career ahead. Best wishes, Shashikanth Jayaraman, Vice President - Global Human Resources
