Pros
I lucked out and got one of the very few good supervisors. He's very responsive and doesn't micro manage.
Cons
There is no family/work balance. They run you ragged. They have no understanding of how work life has changed because of Covid and have no solutions for the fact that some had to work along with have school aged children home during work hours. Management is a joke. Upper management is a bigger joke. They give you unrealistic goals with no direction on how to obtain the required goals. Most of the supervisors don't even know how to handle themselves.
