Low employee moral. Some employees work really hard whilst others slack and you have to pick up their workload to complete the task. ( so not only are you getting paid to do your job, but finish others work as well while they get paid to talk on their phone or leave their work area to talk. Favoritism with certain employees. To laid back of a atmosphere for some employees (the lazy ones) and overly strict for the people actually working. Disorganized. Training is minimal at best. Some heavy bulk lifting. Sometimes a hostile environment with employees/ supervisor
