There are no pros to working at Multi-Link.

Cons

Unethical leadership. Untrustworthy. Cowardly. Many lawsuits and complaints have been filed against the owners. I was completely deceived in their recruitment of me. Never experienced this level of corruption.

overtime very often, leading to 10 hour days, 5 days a week, and every other Saturday, It makes decent money. depending on your supervisor, you can have an awesome time.

Cons

you're working 50-55 hour weeks. from 6A-430P or 10P to 6A, depending on your shift.

Some of the people really care and have been great to work with. Every improvement you make is visible quickly.

Cons

Lack of organization can sometimes be frustrating. Small company so we don't always have the perks of large corporations.
