Pros
Training is extensive. Very fast paced with weekly assignments, mock interviews and tests. Trainers are decent. That is about it.
Cons
No certainty. Marketers are useless, extremely slow marketing. People were waiting for an assignment for more than 4 months. They don't care about you at all. Fake experience on resume, no real support once you are placed. Salary is too low. Shady one sided contract for 2 years. Don't waste your time and effort with them. Go somewhere else.
