Good salary, great benefits, flexible hours and it's a teaching atmosphere, we are all students, no one is better or worse than someone else. We are all learning
Cons
Management doesn't always hear the employee suggestions and they leap into big projects without asking for employee feedback. They need to look at the overall value of a project.
