The colleagues were kind, helpful, and got their jobs done.

Cons

As a nursing assistant looking to gain experience for an advanced practitioner position, I was disappointed in the pay at Munson compared to the pay at nearby nursing homes. While the experience was most important for me, the salary was a deterrent. There was also a large amount of reliability on overtime. While it was nice to have the extra pay, it was apparent that they should have hired more staff.
