Worst turnover I have ever seen! - Manager Munson Healthcare Employee Review

Cuts in staffing for supportive staff and upper management meant all of that work flowed down to already over-worked and over-stressed middle management just trying to keep afloat so providers could see patients. No training on the additional job duties and no consideration for those who are trying their best. I have never seen so much turnover in any medical facility in my 22 years than here. The smart ones left on their own. Not so lucky ones were fired. Stay far away from this organization! You are just a number and they cannot keep employees. They don't care staff are overworked causing medical errors. They only care about money. Turnover speaks volumes!
