Benefits are terrible, especially PTO. Don't count on much time off your first year (even holidays). Once a small company that thinks it still is. It's not 1985 anymore, nor is your company the same. Change with the times. Senior management is far more concerned about expansion than they are about taking care of their current people and branches. Not much opportunity if you're not a white male.
