Pros
Benefits and paid time off are decent. Co-workers in the trenches are friendly but be careful who you vent to.
Cons
Not an equal opportunity employer. Very racist upper management and they will walk all over you. The more you do (if female or not Caucasian) the more they take and with no monetary or verbal acknowledgement, not even a thank you.
