Had some great co-workers within HR department. Field employees you support on daily basis are also great.
Cons
Management is behind times. Care more about revenue at branches than corporate. Did not receive raise in over 2 years yet mandatory for techs to get increase every 12 months. Department restructuring and responsibilities changing constantly with additional items added to plate. Given title change with no pay increase. The list goes on…
