Pros

Pay and Work-life balance are decent if you chose not to receive emails on your personal phone which they do not pay for or cover some of your cell phone bill.

Cons

There is a definite gap between company values, mission, and vision and how this business operates. The culture at this company is cut-throat. Culture in the corporate office makes coming to work very difficult. "Unwritten rules" in the office are the most ridiculous things I have ever heard of and are not consistently upheld depending on your gender. The red tape and politics of this company make decisions almost impossible to make. A family company which means everyone must have their hands in everything. Does not allow flexibility to work from home unless absolutely necessary. Must need an excuse (get with the times) The PTO structure, unless changed, will keep this company from retaining top younger talent (holidays not included as PTO and must use personal PTO to be paid - yikes). Still employed and hope to be the driving change in the company, but actively searching.

Pros

Overall healthy, work environment good people, and high pay, lots of support if you need it and flexible management.

Cons

Not many cons of people are kind, courteous, and out there to help you. The negatives, they hired me under age then when I talked to them about it, they got stressed out and fired me.
