Pros

Very corporate environment. Imagine “The Office” circa 1983.

Cons

If you are offered a job in the helpdesk, run. I have never hated a job more than this one. There is almost no training, the help from supervisors and superiors doesn’t exist. You will be answering back to back calls all day, no downtime. They will stack extra projects on you with no regard for your ability to complete your work. Their “on call” system should be called “work 24x7 for a week” because you will take dozens of calls at all hours of the night. Getting woken up at three am to do password resets because the company won’t enforce any policies on users and you will be paid for five minutes. The amount of turnover is crazy because this job is horrible. I started at the same time as two others and within six months all three of us had quit. Oh, and have fun supporting their main system… copyright 1980. This company just doesn’t care about you. Your supervisor is hardly ever there, your work from home days will be cancelled while they are at home telling you, and all of this to make rude and pretentious owners more money. I think getting a job waiting tables is a better career move than working here.

Pros

Overall healthy, work environment good people, and high pay, lots of support if you need it and flexible management.

Cons

Not many cons of people are kind, courteous, and out there to help you. The negatives, they hired me under age then when I talked to them about it, they got stressed out and fired me.
