Very unorganized and difficult to work with - Sales Associate Murphy-Hoffman Employee Review

People steal other people's deals. Finance department is a nightmare. Horrible communication and takes entirely too long to get feedback. It should not take 2 days to get an approval when everything is submitted correctly. Lenders answer you same day or within 24 hours. Salesforce is supposed to be the end all be all but it isn't. You'll find people call on your customers anyway. Policy and procedures change with little communication.
