Communication from upper management is very limited. They only take advice from the field not the actual people doing the jobs, feedback is delayed or non-existent. We are/were blamed for many issues that originated from the field and had no professional support to complete our job i.e. no director of talent acquisition, no CPO. Recruiters were directly reporting to a corporate Vice President alongside directors which just was not helpful at all.
