Pros
It is great that it is a family oriented company. My coworkers for the most part became an extended family. Most of the teachers were fantastic to work with. Most of my customers were fantastic people. I miss everyone dearly. I enjoyed the flexible hours for family energencies and my manager was fantastic. I gained an exorbitant amount of experience. I left the company on a high note and good terms. I will continue to be a customer.
Cons
To much focus on sales goals. Not enough pay to live off of. More than the job description entails. Commissions is not great and it is used like a punishment system. They keep employees who are not people persons but let go of the most skilled employees. It is definately more of a corporate job with more stress than needed. It was more of an abusive relationship. They don't respect the people who work for them.
