Pros
Great compensation for a retail job, especially with commission. You work for it, but it keeps you busy. Fun environment mostly, not a lot of downtime, you stay busy (very busy) most of the year. Great experience builder for different career paths since you're doing sales, admin, customer service, and handling the database as well as writing up contracts.
Cons
Not for the faint of heart, be ready to diffuse a lot of situations with parents who don't want to pay full price for their rentals/repairs or don't understand contracts. Lots of mediating. Very heavy phones. Not purely sales, be prepared to babysit and deal with loud and disrespectful teenagers when school lets out who just want to jam (this location is across the street from a high school and junior high).
