Pros
The management does a great job getting new students to sign up with you. As soon as you become a teacher, they really do their best to get you students ASAP! Whenever there was any kind of problem, the fellow employees and manager most often did a great job helping to resolve it.
Cons
Communication could have been better at times, especially when there was a cancellation on the day of. Most of the time, they left a voicemail if I missed their call, but sometimes I never received anything at all. Also for me personally, I found teaching students back to back, in 30 minute intervals, for several hours, without any breaks to be very draining. Maybe it works for some, but also not for others. There is not much flexibility when it comes to scheduling lessons in a way that works best for you as a teacher.
