Executive management lacks insight into what motivates customers, and its sole focus on the bottom line is in the long run disastrous to the company's fortunes. Most coworkers, including management are fun to work with. Employee discount is great. Work from home.

Cons

Extremely outdated systems. Stingy PTO. Work almost every holiday but Christmas. Laying off qualified employees immediately after unrolling new AI programs. Management roles are attainable, but there are virtually zero opportunities to grow above lower management. Many managers have been stuck in the same role for over 10 years.
