Pros

The employee discount seems to be the only pro, and to be honest you wont make enough money here to use it that often anyway.

Cons

Everything. Worst work culture that I've ever experienced. Lots of passive aggressive management. A very high school environment, between that lack of professionalism and the poor lighting and working conditions, it felt as if I had been dropped off at a daycare from hell. Literally, they micromanage every second of your time and at the end of the day your high sales and positive attitude wont help you move up at all. But if you smooch up to the right people they'll literally create a job for you where you wont have to do anything but smile and nod while the rest of the ship sinks.

Most coworkers, including management are fun to work with. Employee discount is great. Work from home.

Cons

Extremely outdated systems. Stingy PTO. Work almost every holiday but Christmas. Laying off qualified employees immediately after unrolling new AI programs. Management roles are attainable, but there are virtually zero opportunities to grow above lower management. Many managers have been stuck in the same role for over 10 years.
