Pros
This is a great place to work if you're a musician. There are some great programs in place such as a generous employee discount and time off for touring (if you're into that sort of thing). This company seems to attract talented people with good personalities, so it's a fun environment, although it can get a little stressful at times.
Cons
Upper management/executives try really hard to communicate with the company, but it seems like the information is kind of redundant and more like propaganda. HR has been trying really hard to connect more, but it feels forced and insincere. In 2009 the company didn't give out raises (at least, to many employees) but instead spent what could only be imagined in the 7 figure dollar range on an army of consultant who's purpose isn't well defined.
