Pros

Discounts on gear. Some decent coworkers.

Cons

Relies on a corporate model that just doesn't work for this type of business and it is failing the company as a whole. The computer programs used fail constantly to the frustration of everyone. The training session was super cheesy and inadequate for what they expect when you get out on the floor. SUPER high turnover, even at the CEO level! Rude, clueless customers. The list goes on and on..

Pros

Most coworkers, including management are fun to work with. Employee discount is great. Work from home.

Cons

Extremely outdated systems. Stingy PTO. Work almost every holiday but Christmas. Laying off qualified employees immediately after unrolling new AI programs. Management roles are attainable, but there are virtually zero opportunities to grow above lower management. Many managers have been stuck in the same role for over 10 years.
