Pros
Laid back environment, nice office space, small enough to get to know everyone, great sense of teamwork and they have many rewards and prizes for selling warranty coverage or highest selling reps. Management was always asking what we need to succeed, and takes that advice to heart. Pay was okay, but good for Call Center work, with opportunities to earn more when hitting sales goals. Vendors come in occasionally and there is always free swag to earn like t-shirts, mouse pads, lanyards, guitar pics, etc.
Cons
Call Center environment so it is difficult to hear sometimes, the customers can get pretty upset about miniscule problems. The system they use for tracking customers and orders is clunky, hard to navigate, has many bugs and errors and goes down pretty frequently. Basically the only people that call in either have problems with their orders and don't know how to track a package, or are too computer illiterate to order something off the internet.
