Pros
You work with some pretty cool people. 50% off food, but the quality of the food is getting bad. If you're a GM, you'll be working very long hours ALONE since they can't afford you to have employees, so the pro to this is YouTube and Netflix.
Cons
If you're a GM, you WILL be forced to work overtime and not get paid for those hours. TERRIBLE corporate leadership. Consistent damage control. No clear direction. You're expected to achieve certain numbers, goals, but given no tools to succeed. No HOME LIFE! Even when you're at home, or on your off days, as a GM, you will be WORKING, replying to an insane amount of emails and text messages that are pointless. Constant changes to policies, yet no one really follows them. Favoritism amongst other stores, some GM's are left with no help yet they're expected to succeed like the other locations that are getting an immense amount of help from "upper management." Oh and let's not forget, you'll be punished as a GM if upper management can't gain an understanding of what needs to be done. Basically they tell you to fly to the moon but you never seen or will ever see a space shuttle...
