Pros
Great at first, learned lots about nutrition, good experience working with clients and received a good grasp on how to communicate effectively about basic nutrition knowledge. Good culture.
Cons
Pressured to sell, sell, sell without any compensation. Corporate and AD's promise bonus' and prizes for doing well but FAIL to follow through. Always putting on more duties on your plate without support or compensation. Lack of resources - office, computer, space, support. Sometimes they forget to pay employees. No Support from AD's. Lack of professional behavior from AD and GM's. Way too stressful. No official training procedure. Poor middle management (AD) Expect HIGH turnover rate with GM's that will not know what they are doing. No room for growth.
